How do I scan a rock?
Aim your camera at a clean crystal face, fresh break, or polished surface and capture it, or pick a photo from your library. RockLens reads the image and matches the most likely mineral.
How accurate is the identification?
Each scan shows a confidence level and alternative candidates. Clear, close photos that capture color, luster, and crystal habit give the most reliable results. See the Identification Disclaimer.
Can I rely on the safety and handling notes?
Treat them as a starting point, not professional advice. Some minerals are toxic, radioactive, or contain asbestos — never handle an unknown specimen based on an ID alone, and consult an expert when it matters.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open your App Store account settings to manage or cancel anytime. There is no free trial and no lock-in.
How do I delete my data?
Your data is stored on your device, so deleting the app removes everything it created.
